Taking place on Tuesday, November 3, from 8:30 to 10:30 am, kindly hosted by Roschier (Kasarmikatu 21 A, 00130 Helsinki).

Workplace investigations can be challenging situations for HR professionals and leaders, requiring the right balance between legal considerations, people management and sound decision-making.

This 8th edition of the CCFF HR Committee will offer a practical and interactive session to explore how to navigate these situations effectively, combining expert perspectives, concrete examples and open discussion.

• Legal Dialogue: Handling Workplace Investigations in Finland and France Anu Waaralinna from Roschier and Thomas Fernandez-Boni from Kopper Legal will discuss the legal framework and cross-border differences.
• Practical Steps: Running a Workplace Investigation Anu and Thomas will walk through the key practical steps HR should take when a complaint is raised, from the first response to final conclusion, illustrated through a concrete business case and real-life workplace scenario.
