One of the highlights of the CCFF calendar, this year’s Gala will bring together business leaders, executives, partners and honorary guests for an elegant evening celebrating the strong ties between France and Finland through a memorable culinary experience.

A FRENCH-FINNISH CULINARY EXPERIENCE

Led by Chef Sasu Laukkonen, alongside a selected team of chefs, the six-course menu will reinterpret French gastronomy through Finnish culinary techniques, philosophy and creativity, accompanied by carefully selected French wine pairings.

Chef Sasu Laukkonen - Helsinki, Finland

With over 27 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Sasu Laukkonen has played a significant role in Finland’s gastronomic scene. His restaurant was named Restaurant of the Year in Finland in 2013 and held a Michelin star from 2014 to 2023. He was also a pioneer of the Michelin Green Star in Finland.

Known for his commitment to sustainability, seasonality and craftsmanship, Sasu will bring his experience and culinary vision to this exclusive Gala dinner.

A HISTORIC HELSINKI SETTING

The evening will take place at Kiltakellari, within the historic Sinebrychoff brewery complex in the heart of Helsinki. Built in 1885 and originally used to store the brewery’s ice, the venue retains its original brick walls, vaulted spaces and distinctive industrial character.

Today operated by Sodexo, Kiltakellari will provide a unique historic setting for the evening.
